Superyacht at Ratanachai Shipyard

  • Yes, external contractors are welcome to work on your vessel. Any applicable charges for their access and use of facilities will be outlined in your quotation or proposal. We aim to provide a seamless and efficient working environment for all.

  • We recommend dropping anchor near Koh Tapao Noi. It's a safe and convenient location before heading to the shipyard. View on map.

  • Yes, we provide access to clean toilets and shower rooms for guests staying on their boat during a haul-out.

    Kindly note, we cannot assist with customs clearance or handling. All customs duties, taxes, and import documentation are the responsibility of the customer. For assistance with customs procedures, we recommend contacting Porntip Logistics Co., Ltd. at +66 81-895-7376.

  • Here’s a breakdown of our antifouling procedure:

    1. Prepare the Hull Surface (1 Day)

      • Wet sand with orbital air sanders

      • Optional: Additional sanding to remove coatings down to the anti-corrosive primer layer or bare hull (additional fees apply)

    2. Apply Undercoat or Tie Coat Primer (1 Day)

      • Apply 1 coat as standard

      • Optional: Additional coats available upon request (additional fees apply)

    3. Apply Antifouling Paint (2 Days - 1 coat per day)

      • Apply 2 coats of antifouling paint as standard

      • Optional: Additional coats available upon request (additional fees apply)

    4. Paint Under Support Patches (1 Day)

      • Relocate the support patches

      • Apply the equivalent coats of primer and antifouling paint (2 coats as standard)

    5. Final Touch

      • Paint an additional 50cm band of antifouling paint around the waterline.

  • For fuel offloading or sales, please contact Mr. Mhee at +66 81-370-9339.
    He can handle the purchase of fuel from your yacht and assist with refueling services if needed.

  • We’re open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays.

    Visitors can still work during closing days, but no hot work or open-flame activities are allowed for safety.
